Working with a variety of metals (e.g. alloy steels, aluminum, beryllium) and plastics, we can provide a 4 microfinish, depending on the materials involved. We can meet extremely tight tolerances of + .00005″ and comply with industry standards such as AS, GE and ISO to provide total customer satisfaction.
Our commitment to quality and detail has earned us clients in a variety of industries, such as aerospace, industrial, marine, medical, oil & gas and more. We work on everything from valves and spindles, to aircraft components. Secondary services include inspections, which are carried out in our climate controlled, state-of-the-art facility in Plainville, CT. We are comfortable with rush jobs but typically require lead times of at least 7 business days, with advanced notice.
